OUR ONLINE 12-WEEK STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

Periodized Athlete Strength Training Program

The Built Strong Program includes 4-5 days/week of training. Each phase of this advanced program is carefully designed to build overall strength while staying athletic.

Baseline Progression and Body Stats Tracker

Track your program progress with features that let you track PRs of your lifts to know you're getting stronger. You can also take progress pictures and type in body stats measurements that automatically save in-app.

Full Access to Exercise Video Tutorials

With your program, receive full access to exercise video tutorials to help you perform proper technique and get the best strength training results possible! Access to basic gym equipment is required.

Your Own Strength Coach, Right On Your Device

The KP ELITE App gives your direct access to your own Strength Coach! Ask questions or get feedback from Coach Kyle on the in-app messenger.

Phase 1: Foundation

The emphasis is on improving mobility and stability. The focus is on proper technique and the ability to execute exercises with full-range of motion which will help for the next phase.

Phase 2: Eccentric Training

We continue to focus on simple compound lifts and accessory work. With more focus on eccentric loading and strength.

Phase 3: Isometric Training

We continue to get stronger from the previous phase while adding some isometric training to maximize your results for the last phase.

Phase 4: Explosive Concentric Training

This is the most exciting phase of training. This is where you reap the benefits of the previous phases. Training is geared towards testing your strength gains while supplementing it with explosive movements.
