Through the TrainHeroic app, you’ll receive tailored workouts, advanced progress tracking, and unlimited access to Coach Kyle for expert feedback, guidance, and motivation every step of the way.
This program is perfect for:

After signing up, you’ll complete an online assessment to share your goals, sport, fitness level, available equipment, and preferences. Once your payment and assessment are complete, Coach Kyle will create the first phase of your program, delivered to you within 24–48 hours. You’ll then receive an email to set up your account in the TrainHeroic app and start training immediately.
The program is fully adaptable to your needs and equipment availability. Whether you have a full gym setup or minimal equipment at home, your program will be designed to match what you have access to.
The program requires a 3-month commitment for optimal results. After the initial 3 months, you can decide to continue monthly if you wish to keep progressing.
