The Game Speed Program includes 4-5 days/week of training. Each phase of this advanced program is carefully designed to maximize your speed potential.

With your program, receive full access to exercise video tutorials to help you perform proper technique and get the best speed & agility results possible! Access to gym equipment is required.

Your Own Strength Coach, Right On Your Device

Phase 1: General Preparation & Speed Mechanics

Reducing injury-risk starts from the beginning. Master the basics and prepare your body for explosive speed demands. Stay healthy and SPRINT FASTER!

Phase 2: Acceleration & Change of Direction Speed

We continue to increase the intensity of training and move towards more acceleration work and eccentric strength protocols. This will help improve explosive starts from linear and multi-direction.

Phase 3: Multi-directional Acceleration & Speed Development

More speed work from multiple direction using different acceleration starts, curved running, and longer sprinting.

Phase 4: Top End Speed & Agility

This last phase is mostly power and speed development. Weightroom work is more specific and less general work. The focus is solely on sprinting and agility work while weightroom becomes secondary.
