The Take Flight Program includes 4-5 days/week of training. Each phase of this advanced program is carefully designed to maximize your vertical jump.

Full Access to Exercise Video Tutorials

With your program, receive full access to exercise video tutorials to help you perform proper technique and get the best vertical jump results possible! Access to open court, field, or space is preferred but not necessary.

Your Own Strength Coach, Right On Your Device

Phase 1: Foundation & Mechanics

Reducing injury-risk starts from the beginning. Prepare your body for maximum explosive demands. Stay healthy and TAKE FLIGHT!

Phase 2: Intensified Training

We continue to increase the intensity of training and move towards more powerful jumps and strength protocols. This will help improve the quality of the specific jumps performed in the next phase.

Phase 3: Specific Performance

The specific training phase is where you’ll hone in more direct, high-intensity means to improve your jumping ability. It will emphasize and implement more sport-specific jump and lifting will also be tailored towards maximum effort.

Phase 4: Peak Production

This is the most exciting phase of training. This is where you reap the benefits of the previous phases. Training is geared towards directly transferring what you've gained into your technical and specific jumps.
