Maximize your vertical gains and jump explosively on the court. With our plyometric + lower body strength work, you'll be able to dunk higher, get that head-turning rebound, and out-jump the opponent!

What is the Youth Basketball High Performance Program?
The Youth Basketball High-Performance Program is an 8-week in person strength & conditioning program that helps athletes develop elite speed, agility, power, conditioning, and injury-reduction. Designed for youth athletes aged 13-14 years old, they will build the foundation for basketball excellence and be ready to take on the competition for the fall season!
How many days per week & where is it located?
This program includes 1-2 group training sessions per week depending on the option you choose. Each session runs for 60 minutes and is located at Revibe Gym, Mississauga.
Program runs from June 6 to July 23, 2023.
Who is this program for?
The Basketball High-Performance Program is specifically designed for competitive/rep youth basketball athletes aged 13-14 years old. We focus on training methods and techniques that align with Canada Basketball’s LTAD model.
Who is the coach involved in the program?
Kyle Paraggua is the Director and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at KP Strength & Performance. Certified through the NSCA, Coach Kyle is known for his detailed and results-driven training and for his complete dedication to helping basketball athletes excel on and off the court.
Coach Kyle is a graduate of Humber College’s Health and Fitness program. After receiving his diploma, he went on to York University for the Kinesiology and Health Science program.
Since stepping into the industry in 2011, Kyle’s experience includes working with professional athletes (NBA, CFL, NHL & more), Olympic-level athletes
representing Team Canada, and youth athletes and
teams. He’s even had the honour of training NBA star Serge Ibaka.
With every athlete, his goal is to educate and empower them to reach their full potential. We’re grateful to have him leading this Basketball High-Performance Program!
How much does it cost?
The pricing is as follows and can be paid online at the links above:
- Tuesday (1x/Week) – $240+HST
- Thursday (1x/Week) – $240+HST
- Tuesdays & Thursdays (2x/Week) – $400+HST

Please note: All purchases are non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be made up unless the entire session is canceled & rescheduled by Coach Kyle.
