All products sold by KP Strength & Performance under the KP ELITE brand are digital and delivered electronically.

We do not ship physical products.
Upon successful purchase of PDF Programs, you will receive immediate access to your digital files or program links via email or your account dashboard.

If your order includes an App Version or Custom Program, access instructions will be provided via the TrainHeroic App within 1-2 business days and after completing your intake form (for custom programs).

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see your confirmation or access email shortly after purchase.
