Cancellation policy

1. Digital Purchases

All KP ELITE programs and training materials are digital products.
When you purchase a program, eBook, or downloadable file, access is granted immediately after checkout.
Because access is instant and irrevocable, all one-time digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Subscription-Based Programs

Some services, such as the Elite Custom Training Plan or other TrainHeroic App subscriptions, are offered on a monthly recurring basis.

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days (or as otherwise stated at checkout) until canceled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date to avoid additional charges.

  • How to Cancel:

    • Log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions, or

    • Contact our support team at info@kpstrength.com with your request.

  • Access After Cancellation: Program access ends immediately upon cancellation or at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

  • Refunds: Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, no partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

3. App-Delivered Programs

If your purchase includes an App Version (via the TrainHeroic App), your access and renewal dates are managed through TrainHeroic.
You are responsible for managing your subscription within the TrainHeroic platform and for complying with TrainHeroic’s separate Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
KP Strength & Performance is not responsible for TrainHeroic billing errors or technical issues.

4. Changes to Pricing or Terms

KP Strength & Performance reserves the right to modify program pricing, billing intervals, or features at any time.
If changes affect your active subscription, you will receive notice via the email associated with your account.
